HYLIFE Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and service

By downloading, installing, or using HYLIFE, you agree to these Terms of Use. HYLIFE provides personalised training plans, readiness tracking, performance tools, community features, and related wellness content. Features may change or become unavailable.

2. Subscriptions and billing

HYLIFE subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. HYLIFE does not process payments directly.

3. Free trial

Where offered, the 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically at the displayed price and then renews unless cancelled.

4. Refunds

Payments and refunds for subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google through the account used for purchase. HYLIFE does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through their official refund process. Refunds are subject to the applicable store policies and any rights provided by applicable law.

5. Health and safety

HYLIFE content is for informational and educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme. You participate in training activities at your own risk.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You must not use HYLIFE unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the app, or submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Your use of HYLIFE is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account or contact admin@hylifecoaching.co.uk. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the relevant store.
